We chose it because it lines up with standard machine zones. So you can spec a heater that actually fits the space you have, without having to rework the clamp, reflector, or guard.
What’s Inside
Inside, the shortwave halogen element gets straight to work—hot, fast, and ready to deliver intense infrared energy with almost no lag. The quartz tube handles the jolt of rapid cycling without cracking, and the coating keeps the element clean and the output steady over time. And that R7s connector isn’t an afterthought. It gives you a solid, aligned mechanical lock with consistent contact pressure. Wire it once, and it stays put—even when things get shaky from vibration.
Where It Shines
This setup is the one you drop into PET blowing, thermoforming, and other plastic processing lines when you need heat that’s localized and easy to control.
