So we built an infrared silicone curing module to fix that.&lt;/p&gt;&#xA;&lt;h2 id=&#34;what-matters-technically&#34;&gt;What matters, technically&lt;/h2&gt;&#xA;&lt;p&gt;We run short-wave infrared (NIR) quartz emitters tuned to the silicone sealant’s absorption peak. That puts the energy into the bead itself, not the surrounding frame. The spectral match is focused, and it knocks cure time down from minutes to seconds. The system runs on 230 V or 400 V, integrates with PLC &lt;a href=&#34;https://henruite.com&#34;&gt;control&lt;/a&gt;, and delivers repeatable output with tight temperature control across the width of the sealant path. Emitter life is measured in tens of thousands of hours, and output stays stable through thermal cycling.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
